FAQ

Returns

I want you to be so excited about every item you purchase from me so if you don’t love your garment, send it back! Please fill out the return slip included with your order and include it with your return. The item must be sent back to us within 14 Day of the item being delivered to you originally and the item must be in perfect unworn condition. We offer a refunds on all regular priced itemsThe restocking fee is waived if you opt to get your return in the form of store credit however.  We do not cover return shipping or refund shipping costs.. Please allow us 15-30 day to process your return and you will receive a notification once your refund or store credit has been issued. All sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are returnable for store credit only. Any item marked FINAL SALE is final sale.

If there isn’t a return slip in your package that most likely means your order was final sale either because it was a clearance item or is considered “undergarments.” If you believe your package didn’t include a return slip by mistake please shoot us an email [email protected] with your name and order number.

If you opt for store credit, you will get an email with your store credit code as soon as your return is processed. Store credit never expires and doesn’t have to be used all at once.

I cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail when being shipped back to me. Please get a tracking number if possible.

Bikini bottoms or any item that directly touches your sexy genitals are not eligible for returns. This includes underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits. All masks are also final sale. No exceptions.

All clothing must be unworn and in good condition. If an item is returned and appears to be worn you may be charged a cleaning fee . If an item is returned past the 14 day window you may not be eligible for a refund at all but depending on the item we may be able to issue a partial credit instead.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error or an unclaimed package we will contact you directly. We will re-ship out the items to you but you must cover the new shipping fees.

Can I exchange for another size?

No. We are not able to do exchanges at this time. Our pieces are limited and sell out quick. If you need a different size I recommend returning the garment for a refund and re-purchasing the size you need asap.

Can you help me with Customs Fees?

We are not responsible for customs fees or holds by customs. We make an effort to be aware of accurately marking packages for customs to avoid our customers incurring excessive fees if you know what I mean.

My address is wrong! Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so someone can fix the mistake. However, if we ship the item before this is corrected you will need to wait for the item to be returned back to us and pay for us to re-ship your items.

How do I know my size?

Exact measurements for all items are listed in the product descriptions. My sizing can be a little inconsistent from item to item (I’m sorry I am working on it!) so please refer to measurements closely for each item.

I saw my shipping label is created but don’t see an update on tracking

We ship out items three times a week. If you’ve received an email notification of your shipping label being created but it has no update it has likely not made it to the post office yet. Please check back on the tracking in a few days. I am a tiny tiny company and we need a little extra time getting packages out on busy weeks. I am not able to rush orders or guarantee delivery by a specific date. Sometimes orders go out lightening quick and sometimes they take up to a week to fulfill. You never know! Wow how exciting!

My item was wrong or something was faulty.

I’m sorry I am shithead pea brain I am not worthy.  Please E-mail us at [email protected] with a description (photos help also!) and I will make it right and shower you with attention and apologies.

My item was marked as delivered but I can’t find it.

First check the address on the order and confirm that you entered the correct address. Once your item ships it is in the hands of USPS. If your item is listed as delivered and is missing it is possible it was delivered to a neighbor, stolen or its still sitting in the back of a delivery truck. Please contact your post office or speak to your mail person. Many times the package finds its way to the correct address within a week but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items marked as “delivered”.

I have advice for your company

I welcome respectful advice but please keep in mind I am a much smaller company than I look (hair swish) and I am working with very limited resources. I currently run the company by myself with the help of a part-time assistant. This limited approach allows me to bring the clothes to customers at a much cheaper cost because I don’t have the expenses of a normal company (no marketing, few employees, use my home kitchen as storage etc). I run this company strategically small and smart. There are many things I’d do differently if I had a whole team to work with and maybe someday I will but for now I have to go clean the toilets because that is fashion bitch.

Where are your clothes made?

I use international makers who specialize in small batches of high quality garments. I mainly work one particular incredible small team that is located in Viet Nam and consists of 1 pattern maker and 2 seamstresses. They work 40 hour weeks (in addition to paid vacation time) in a large beautiful workspace that I see when I do my weekly facetime/whatsapp check-in with them.  They do incredible work and I make sure they feel valued which includes sending holiday bonuses and also care packages of American cosmetics and nail polishes which they love and can’t always find in Hong Kong (they send me delicious teas and interesting snacks).  Before working with a company I do extensive research including verifying all certificates and reading 3rd party reports to make sure I am only working companies that abide by ethical fair trade policies including but not limited to: paying above the required working wage,  workers get time off and health benefits, and safe and clean working conditions.  From pattern makers to models,  any person who works for fashion brand company will be valued, respected, and paid fairly for their work. I am strong believer in karma and juju and I want to keep the energy of my company as pure and fair as possible. I mostly just really don’t want to be visited by three ghosts on Christmas eve.
